He ended up turning around and driving home with 3 holes on the windshield of his TSX. Some dumbass told him it was gunshots, but gunshots would make clean holes in the windshield and he'd wouldn't have a dent on his hood. right? |

Squat: 245lbs x 5 x 3 Bench Press: 225lbs x 5 x 3 Deadlift: 215lbs x 5 x 3
I would have pushed myself for another week, but my dumbass hurt my back when i lifted incorrectly.
Anyways, time for my diet again so i can burn away the fat and start showin my 4 pack just in time for summer. (4 pack minimum, 8 pack maximum ).
